Red color of the text

The header is really informative. But I have some comments regarding the color of this header. Ganeshji, the red color is very much contrasting. Not all the people would like to go to the pulchowk campus though, and it would be better to put the link color in some kind of matching color. such as dark blue if it is important, and fainter if is not so much important. There can be various colors ranging from white color in blue background, or white color in dark blue background or the combination of blue / white and black rather than a red one. The red looks like something is missing and misguiding. Example the red light says stop and do not go there, you might be in danger, red links say: the article was not found in wikipedia and so on.

According to the standards in browsers, Further red is the color for visited color in browsers by default, blue is the color for links, and black is the color for normal text, white is the background color however we can set any color to draw attention of our users. Even the notice bars have blue / sky blue and dark blue colors. The new look of the wikipedia seems to like more bluish things.
