Blinking texts /advertisements overshadow the rest of the page. The image File:Gnome-help.svg is usually used when a user is presented with help. The linie: "नेपाली भाषाका अन्य दुइ विकिहरु विक्सनरी र विकिबुक्समा पनि योगदान गर्नुहोस् " asks people to leave the website and enter to another project, which is for advanced users who are done with this wiki. Users can't be forced to go to these wiki projects by presenting blinking texts, header banners and so on. People like simple projects and simple pages. For example people use Google because it is simple. There are already headers and banners, new banners would make pages ugly. Links can be put at the left pane, at the end of the page, Pixels are something that should be taken care of. New versions of Browsers such as Internet explorer/firefox/Opera/chrome are using less space so that they could present users with more of the screen.
