Spam blacklist[सम्पादन गर्नुहोस्]

Does this blacklist truly need to be a copy of enWP? Makes for a very big list for no apparent reason. If there are xwiki urls being spammed then they are better to be requested to be globally blacklisted at m:Spamblacklist and requested via the corresponding talk page.
