This is a helper template for Template:Certification Table Entry. It receives two parameters, region and format and creates text which includes the region and the certifying authority. If format=2colthin, the certifying authority is linked but not displayed, e.g. for region=United States it returns United States. Otherwise, the certifying authority is displayed in parenthesis, e.g. for region=United States it returns संयुक्त राज्य (आरआइएए). See {{Certification Table Entry}} for supported regions.
