If two sponsors are used in the team name, the sponsor names are separated by a hyphen, see the discussion here. The ct template tries to use that style, although not all the team templates may be updated yet.

In cycling, team names change with sponsors, and so the same team can have a completely different name in different years. For this, the year can be specified. If no year is specified, the most recent teamname is used. If a team changes names half-way a year, the two names are distinguished by adding a letter. For example, the team currently known as Saxo Bank-SunGard:

If an unknown year is added, the template will show a bad result, for example

If this happens, it can be that you made a mistake, or that the year is not in the template yet. If the year should be there but is not in the template, add it to the template or make a request that it should be added.
