If two sponsors are used in the team name, the sponsor names are separated by a hyphen, see the discussion here. The ct template tries to use that style, although not all the team templates may be updated yet.
Usage

Year
[सम्पादन गर्नुहोस्]In cycling, team names change with sponsors, and so the same team can have a completely different name in different years. For this, the year can be specified. If no year is specified, the most recent teamname is used. If a team changes names half-way a year, the two names are distinguished by adding a letter. For example, the team currently known as Saxo Bank-SunGard:
