Usage

• This redirect category (Rcat) template populates Category:Redirects from plurals. Add this Rcat to a redirect in the following manner:

#REDIRECT [[(Target page name)]] {{Redirect from plural}}

This is in accord with instructions found at Wikipedia:REDCAT.

• Template {{This is a redirect}} may also be used to add this and other appropriate Rcats to a redirect.
• Use this Rcat on all redirects from the plural noun of a singular target.
• There is usually no need to show plural forms in print, so this Rcat populates Category:Unprintworthy redirects by default.
• Some plurals are printworthy, for example the Arabic and Latin forms. When you add this Rcat to a redirect that you decide is printworthy, then use the first parameter to subdue the unprintworthy category in the following manner:

{{Redirect from plural|printworthy}}

That will subdue "unprintworthy" and, in addition, add the redirect to Category:Printworthy redirects.
