पाकिस्तानी जाति (उर्दु: پاكِستانى قوم, इस्लामी गणतन्त्र पाकिस्तानका नागरिक र बासिन्दा हुन्। सन् २०१७ को पाकिस्तानको जनगणना अनुसार पाकिस्तानको जनसङ्ख्या २१ करोड ३० लाख भन्दा बढी रहेको छ, जसले गर्दा यो विश्वको पाँचौँ सबैभन्दा बढी जनसङ्ख्या भएको देश बनेको छ।[२६] अधिकांश पाकिस्तानीहरूले हिन्द-इरानी परिवार (हिन्द-आर्य र इरानी उप-परिवारहरू) सँग सम्बन्धित भाषाहरू बोल्दछन्।
दक्षिण एशियामा अवस्थित, यो देश एक उल्लेखनीय ठूलो डायस्पोराको स्रोत पनि हो, जसमध्ये अधिकांश फारसको खाडीको अरब देशहरूमा बस्छन्, जसको अनुमानित जनसंख्या ४० लाख ७० हजार भन्दा बढी छ। दोस्रो सबैभन्दा ठूलो पाकिस्तानी डायस्पोरा उत्तर-पश्चिमी युरोप र पश्चिमी युरोपमा बस्छन्, जहाँ अनुमानित जनसङ्ख्या २० लाख ४० हजार छन्। यो सङ्ख्याको आधा भन्दा बढी संयुक्त अधिराज्यमा बस्छन्।[२७][२८]
